Taking group fitness classes is not something I would normally do, but the environment here is always so warm and welcoming. The instructors are incredibly kind, supportive, and encouraging. I’ve had the opportunity to take classes with all of the instructors, and each one brings something unique and amazing to the experience. Every class leaves me feeling motivated and excited to come back. Thank you again — I’m already looking forward to my next class!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported, and her energy sets the tone for the entire ride. She has a way of pushing you past what you think you’re capable of while still making the class feel uplifting and empowering. Her playlists are so thoughtfully curated, and you can feel how much heart she puts into every class. I always leave feeling stronger — both physically and mentally — and genuinely grateful I showed up. Liz is one of those instructors who truly makes a difference, and her class is something I always look forward to.
