The store delayed the order because of insurance approval issues, but no one informed me about this delay or contacted me to explain the situation. As a result, my son has been waiting unnecessarily for his glasses, which has affected his daily activities and school needs. I understand that insurance approvals can sometimes take time, but customers should be informed promptly about any delays or problems. Better communication would have allowed me to follow up sooner or explore other options. I
