  I never ever saw a company that treats customers the way this corporation does after a purchase is made. I dealt with Thomas the store manager, he was extremely courteous and efficient on the purchase I made for a pair of Rayban Meta Wayfarer Sun Glasses. The issue started when the microphone failed 5 weeks after I picked up the pair that cost me $650.00. Its been 10 days and 3 hours on the phone with their corporate warranty department, Thomas claims his hands are tied. Now Ive been on the phone 10 days after my warranty submission for 1:01 hours. They told me they need a copy of my original receipt in which I sent in with my submission 10 days ago, the gentlemen on the phone located in the Philippines with a baby in the background acknowledged that he received the uploaded receipt that I just sent by a secure link that he sent via email. I asked how long it would take to get a resolve and I was told another 5 days. This is insanity. Lens Crafters owns Rayban, thay are a Corporation that is just taking advantage of the working person. I will never deal with a corporate owned eye glass store again. It was out of convenience. I wish I dealt with a owner operator.

  My husband and I went to Lenscrafters in the Whitman Shops for new eyewear for us both today. We were incredibly lucky to work with Rudy at this location. Not only did he patiently and expertly help us pick out frames that we both were happy with, he ensured that we received every discount Lenscrafters offered. In addition, his friendly and charming personality made our interaction so easy, he was a joy to work with! If you visit this location and want amazing professionalism and great service, I highly recommend you ask for Rudy, you won’t regret it!

  I brought in 2 pairs of sunglasses that need repair...Thomas was so accommodating despite not having the correct screw...he searched and found one...repaired both pairs and would not accept payment. I did not purchase my glasses there but he repaired them and happy to do it...if you need to get any type of eye care...I strongly recommend LensCrafters.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — Very Disappointing Customer Service I came into the store yesterday and waited about 20 minutes before anyone came over to assist me. During that time, other customers who arrived after me were helped first. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I finally approached a younger woman to ask for assistance, and she directed me to an elderly white woman who helped me with pricing. I was actually close to placing an order, but she suddenly walked away to help another customer and left me waiting for another 10 minutes without any explanation. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I came in ready to do business, but the lack of attention and basic customer service completely changed my mind. Very poor service. I will never return to this store again and would not recommend it to others.

  Rudy demonstrated exceptional customer service while assisting me in purchasing new lenses for my sunglasses. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge of lens operations left me with confidence in my purchase. I will definitely recommend Rudy to my friends and family for their optical needs.
