She took the time to help me find the right glasses and made everything feel easy and comfortable without ever making me feel rushed. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional Cheyenne was. She made my experience at LensCrafters so much better. I would definitely recommend asking for her!
- SDSA DFURAug 23, 20262.0On recommendation from a coworker, went there for an eye exam and new prescription. Cost for glasses, for lens only using my existing frame was $500 after insurance coverage was applied. Decided to look at the alternatives and find that Costco optical was $104, including a new titanium frame. New glasses done, and Costco said if there were any issues they would redo the job- While nearly perfect, noticed one side appeared a bit weaker than the other, so I thought I'd go back in to LensCrafters just to find out if the difference was due to the new prescription. However, they were completely dismissive and would do nothing further, insisting it was up to Costco, and the prescription could not possibly be the issue. Service ends there if you get an exam there but don't select their glasses offerings.
