  I love cyclebar sayville! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and nonjudgemental! I always used to hate cardio, but i've finally found a way to enjoy it by going here. I've gotten great results and also love feeling like i'm a part of a community. Not only do i have amazing physical results, but it also helps improve my overall mood and energy levels. If you're considering trying it you definitely should!

  i had a great trial class here, im excited to come back and take more classes! people of all ages and sizes were in the class which i liked. the only suggestion i’d make is i would like them to get a new sound system because the instructors voice wasn’t clear enough for me. other than that, i felt a difference after one class and i’ll definitely be back!

  SO I PAID FOR MY TICKET IN ADVANCE. I EXPKAINED I WNT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT B4 10AM. THEY DID SUGGEST 15 MIN. PRIOR DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. I DID EXPLAIN I JAVE DONE CYCLING B4. ANYHOOT, MY FIRST VISIT. SINCE I WAS 8 MIN. LATE. THEY SAID THE LIGHTS ARE OFF SO I CNT ENTER. I MADE ANOTHER VISIT FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY FOR THE SAME TIME. WHEN I ENTERED THE VERY NEXT DAY- I WALKED IN @ 10:03AM. I WAS STILL DENIED ACCESS. SO I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND THATS-THAT. I WNT TRY IT AGAIN. THE ARROGANCE OF ONE OF THE FRONT END LADIES I DEALT WITH, WAS WAS NOT WELCOMING FROM THE FIRST DAY I STEPPED IN, I TRIED TO OVERLOOK IT. BUT,I WAS IN "SAYVILLE" SO THAT SUMS THAT UP.🎯

  Classes, instructors, vibe, app for scheduling, atmosphere 5/5! Great cycle gym. Only gave it a 4 because I joined for 2 months getting back into the swing of going to the gym and canceled about a week before my renewal date. Now I called the studio and was told “oh no problem just email the General Manager and he’ll take care of it.” I get an email, you’re cancelled, all good. The next month comes around, I get charged. I go to speak to the GM and he’s like “you needed to cancel 30 days before the renewal.” So for perspective, I joined 3/29 (for two months), so I would’ve had to let him know by 4/28 if I didn’t want to get charged for June! So I spoke to him about it and he did nothing. Pretty much told me “you can call the owner but she’s just going to refer you to me and there’s nothing I can do.” So that annoyed me. He said “I told you when you signed up.” I’m sure you mentioned it Sir, but who’s remembering every part of a convo when you’re trying to sign up and figure out what the monthly payment will be. Anyway again, this is just an FYI for anyone who wants to cancel, make sure it’s 30 days so you don’t get charged for a month that you didn’t plan on having. But again, instructors, vibe, classes etc. 5/5!

  SO. MUCH. FUN. I just started cycling and the is workout is so fun and so challenging. You’ll sweat, you’ll smile, you’ll bop to good music and (almost) forget how hard you’re working. The instructors, the facility, the music, the community it’s all so welcoming and fun, I’m completely hooked 🖤❤️
