- KMKelliann McGarrigleJul 22, 20261.0The way I am treated at this Hannaford Pharmacy is unacceptable. Whenever I interact with the staff, I am met with nothing but disrespect and hostility, all because I am picking up a controlled substance. I’ve never in the year I’ve been coming here ever tried to get my medication early. But because of your only fill on the 30th day rule, sometimes I miss my morning dose of medication because it’s not ready until around noon. It is exhausting to be treated like an inconvenience when you are just trying to manage your health. This treatment leaves me feeling demoralized, anxious, and deeply frustrated. Pharmacy employees need to remember that they are dealing with people's lives and well-being, and a little empathy goes a long way. Living with a health condition is already challenging, and dealing with pharmacy staff should not add to that burden.

The workers speak to the clientele like we're the problem when their system has produced chaos in getting your prescription filled. Train your employees. Or get new ones. Shocked at the remarkably rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent behavior by the people that work at this location. Go literally anywhere else for you prescriptions.
