  Ben at the GNC in Henrietta is AMAZING. Very helpful and informative on different supplements and products in store. Not to mention the store is actual open… on time. Unlike other stores. If you’re thinking about coming to GNC make sure to stop by this location. You won’t be disappointed

  I could not find a new product Karbolyn in the store, so Arizona and Ben searched and found the only three. I was offered a sample pack in the Victor store and got amazing results from that one pack. I’ll give it a five star review! The store is usually has the most current products that GNC offer .

  Employees here tried to bait me into providing my phone number and signing up for a paid membership when I was just trying to buy one product and be on my way. When I called them out on it and asked what it was for, they said it was to create an account and that I wouldn’t be able to get a receipt without creating an account. This is a straight up lie btw. They are not permitted to withhold a receipt but sometimes will do so to meet signup quotas. Then I asked if I could just purchase the item without signing up and then he tried to guilt trip me into saying that it “hurts the store” as if that’s my responsibility to sustain their multi-million dollar corporation. He was visibly unpleased that I didn’t want to provide my personal info after I declined. I was quick to ask about why he needed my phone number because he spent 10 minutes talking to each of the two customers before me convincing them to sign up. Just put the fries in the bag

  By far the most helpful team members I have ever had helping me at a GNC! The manager, Ben, was super helpful in helping me find the right supplements I was looking for. He also alerted me to the sale options that were going on so I bought more then what I originally was going in for! And then the cherry on top, he signed me up to become a pro member so I can continue to keep getting the best sale prices on everything I purchase at GNC. I will continue going to this GNC for all of my vitamin and supplement needs!
