I write this review on behalf of my grandma who has had nothing but trouble with the service this company has provided her. My grandmother, whom I love very much, was getting hard of hearing, so she heard from a friend to go to this place to get hearing aids. Unfortunately, they got her to spend around 5 thousand dollars for hearing aids with lifetime "service". Good hearing aids can cost a lot of money, and the service and skill to make them work properly can be expensive, I get that. Sadly, miracle ear is none of these. The hearing aids she got are the in ear style. She was told they would have Bluetooth, wireless controls, all the bells and whistles. I can't get them to connect properly to any phone, and if they do connect, only one does and you can't adjust the volume even with the app. On top of that, the hearing aids put out a high pitch screeching sound, which sounds like interference. Even when you turn the volume down, the problem still occurs. Basically, the hearing aids are trash. Probably available on Amazon for $200 and resold to an unsuspecting elderly customers. Over the course of more than a year, she's been back to the store multiple times, and they continuously send her on her way without fixing anything. I went with her one time and dealt with a guy named Tyler (didn't seem too bright), and he recommended a different ear insert. Never have they offered to fix what she has or give her a pair that actually works and doesn't whistle. Isn't that what the lifetime warranty is for? These people prey on elderly people, get them to sign a predatory contract, deliver a garbage product and service, and call that a business. What a disgrace. Miracle Ear, if you see this, please give my grandma some hearing aids that actually work, and perhaps I will reconsider what I have said. But until then, all of this reflects our experience so far.
