  Best experience today ladies at front desk check in was so pleasant and helpful greeted me with a smile ,the nurse who toke my vitals was amazing so nice! great personality!and cared about you , the doctor I saw about my eyes was concern with my issue he didn't have no computer he spoke to me one on one which was nice and it made me felt like the old days ,the doctor really listen to me it was nice to just talk seeing someone face them a computer The hours are good, place was very clean lots of parking I highly recommend this urgent care thank you everyone for this morning

  Honestly the only urgent care I'll go to. The entire staff is always personable and professional. Thank you for always taking care of my family

  There was no one there so I walked right in and got seen promptly. The PA was very nice and was thorough. He answered all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. Pretty happy with the customer service

  Went there for an issue with my tooth back in January. I am on Medicare and Medicaid. I don't have co-pays. They only submitted to Medicare, got stuck with a billing stating I owed $100 something for anti-biotics. I called twice, once the woman said it looks like they didn't submit to Medicaid, but Medicare was declined? She said she'd submit it for medicaid. 2 weeks later I call back, another woman stated "the previous woman never submitted it to Medicaid, she'll get right on that. I said what happened, and if I should call back in a week, she said no wait a month. I waited, then got a bill in the mail stating I still owed it. I know what they're trying to do, they don't want the wait times and expect me to pay this out of pocket or ruin my credit over their mistakes. I'm going to call again on Monday and if the situation isn't rectified I'll need to contact someone that deals with these types of situations. It is malpractice, and a complete rip off. Their customer service from my experience is horrendous and if you're on Medicaid or Medicare, I'd suggest looking at one of the other multi-locations to get healthcare done, because they lack complete professionalism.

  The lady at the front desk right now is so inconsiderate and ignorant. I’m here for dental pain and can barely talk. Then she’s talking to me like I don’t understand what’s she’s saying. Mind you most likely I’m smarter than her…and then she calls to the back and starts laughing on the phone to the providers in the back talking about me like I couldn’t hear them. She wasn’t whispering. Now if I wasn’t in pain I would’ve dragged her over that counter because you need to watch the way you talk to people. Will not come back here.
