  I'll start on the positive side . I love the Dr. he is always personable and professional! His assistant is polite as well. I am a returning customer for a few years now. Recent visit all went well until I encountered a staff interaction that work in the lab she basically came in and told the rep that was helping me ( which i had to wait after child eye exam for a very long time due to insurance look up issues that only one staff could perform that was busy helping other customers we waited patiently) those glasses aren't getting made until tomorrow. Lol its about 1530. The lady that was helping said these are replacement s and she been waiting she really needs them. She kept the same unprofessional tone towards her co worker. She talked down to the lady that was helping. Meanwhile another customer came in after to get more then 1 pair of glasses made she hadn't really started before we were walking out. At 1640 she walked out with glasses made. I was confused because the person that was making the glasses pretty much said she was done. The lady's in the center upfront work together as a team and are always pleasant no matter how busy they are. I was disappointed to have this experience and embarrassed for the staff that had to grin and bare they way the wome from the lab talk to her.

  I just got an eye exam yesterday and new glasses and sunglasses. Thank you Sarah and Dr. Jason Moore for making this a smooth testing and evaluation. Great state of the art equipment and explanations of eye conditions. Bringing my wife in today for same things. The staff here is super helpful and very friendly, thank you Melissa, Kim and Sarah for a fantastic experience! Highly recommend coming here first. Thank you all! PS- don't forget your coupons

  After visiting another vision provider nearby, I was happy to find a clean, organized showroom with friendly, professional staff. I was even happier to see the prices were better at EyeMart. My glasses were ready in 25 minutes!

  I highly recommend this location. They’ve been amazing and jumped through hoops to help me. Four years ago I got a great deal there on 2 glasses which held up beautifully, better than other expensive ones I’ve had! Then I was careless and broke one pair and lost the other. I can’t drive without them so I was desperate, having important events to attend. There was no time to look around and pick out new ones. But I called anyways and they worked miracles over the phone for me. I ended up with another great deal on 2 pairs, just like my other ones in 30 minutes! Amazing kindness. Amazing business. Thank you so very much!
