  The instructors were fantastic. This 1 star review is solely for their administrative practice. I am 76 and normally in good health. This summer I was quite ill for a total of 8 weeks (at two separate times, hospitalized twice). Naturally being sick thinking about pilates was the last thing on my mind. I requested and was denied a refund of 1 month, (although I probably missed 2 months worth of sessions), because I did not notify them of being in the hospital or being too ill for sessions until after I felt better. This policy reflects a "0" star for the company itself and does not reflect the instructors at all which I would give 5 stars.

  As a new member, I am loving my experience. The staff is so knowledgeable about movement and very positive and energetic.

  Although I went for a 30 minute consultation I enjoyed my experience overall. The Greece location is a perfect size where everyone can be prioritized. Ashley the instructor was attentive and the reformer was easy to do. I felt my body actually working itself out. The breathing techniques she had us do while on the machine were amazing and I felt my anxiety leave my body. The GM asked great questions at the end and he made us feel seen and heard. So much so that I signed up for the 4-way to slowly introduce this new exercise regimen into my activities of daily living. If yours wanting to try, go for it! Don’t do your body a disservice :)!!!!

  Club Pilates at Greece has been an amazing first experience into Pilates! Thank you for easing me into a new fitness practice and making me feel so comfortable. I will 100% be returning!
