My credit card was charged without my authorization, and when I contacted them about the classes I had already paid for, I was told that the classes had “expired.” What makes this even more frustrating is that they refused to reimburse the unauthorized charge and would not restore the classes I had already purchased. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to be very careful about leaving a credit card on file and to monitor any charges closely. Based on my experience, their handling of billing and customer service was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business.
