Care about their clients instead of being concerned about how they look in the mirror. You are guaranteed to get a great workout, it's always different and challenging. The staff is amazing, attentive and makes your feel like your second home. The level of professionalism is unmatched as well as the themed events that takes place. The classes are challenging, but at the same time if you need to make a modification instructors will help you! Don’t be afraid of the waitlist - trust the process! In the two years I have been going I think there were maybe 2 times I did not get off the waitlist.
