  "Exceptional customer service" My 85 year old mum is visiting this summer from out of state when her hearing aid broke. It was such a big worry to her that we would not find a place to repair it. I stopped by Miracle Ear Hearing in Geneseo NY and explained my situtation. The lady (sure wish I got her name) listened to my story and immdediatly tried to help. Next thing I knew this kind gentleman from the back appeared looked at the hearing aid and said, "sure we can fix it". I returned to my car and gave my mom the good news. Tonight she can hear again thanks to the kindness of two people in our community. I highly recommend this business.

  I walked in thinking that my hearing was ok but after the test found out it was not. Tim walked me through the results and explained everything to me and took his time to make sure I got the best hearing aid for me. I would highly recommend Tim to who needs help hearing. I am hearing things that I have not heard in years again thanks to him.

  Tim is wonderful to work with. His product knowledge of miracle ear & comparison to other aides is so helpful. He is patient, listens & always available to assist. Great with older person challenges with using aides. Highly recommend if you are a first-time aid user or simply struggling with your current aid & wondering if there’s something better. Together with Cathy, the Geneseo office exceeds expectations in knowledge & client care.

  Always a friendly atmosphere at the Geneseo office. Tim and Kathy are professional and courteous. Tim is very patient and thorough at every appointment that I bring my mother in law to. He is helpful with all questions, even repeat questions! Would recommend this service.

  I went here to get my hearing checked and was in need of hearing aides. Ive struggled for years with hearing loss from construction work and not wearing protection. It became embarrassing to constantly ask people to repeat themselves or smile and nod to pretend I heard them. Tim Lynd helped me get my new ears and I can hear everything clearly now. I can't thank him and Miracle Ear enough for giving me my hearing back. Thank you!!!
