When someone has a question about their eyes, nobody cares about all of the frames the sales girl liked. Not once did this woman listen. Turns out she ordered the wrong lenses. Now hours were wasted going through all of the sales girls favorite frames. Thank god the frames were right. Caught the mistake online. Now I had to battle with corporate offices Warby. They did absolutely nothing but charge extra for little ms frames mistakes. Sadly this is a major problem with corporate America and America. Nobody seems to care. It is worth the extra money to go to “neighborhood” or mom and pop eyeglass store. Sometimes an extra couple of hundred dollars is worth your vision. Imagine the complications this would have caused had this not been caught. Shame on Warby Parker and shame on the employee. What if this was an elderly person who got the wrong prescription? Maybe they don’t question it at first. The ramifications of incorrect lenses are enormous and inexcusable. If you are on a budget I get it. If not spend the extra and go elsewhere. Your eyes are worth it
