  Carly G is an angel I love her classes! The only instructor I would stay away from is Alexa P everybody else is so welcoming and sweet!! The only thing except that one instructor that is a bit annoying is the late policy and they are super pushy when it comes up signing up for classes.

  I am extremely disappointed with Pure Barre's "free class" policy. Advertising a free introductory class and then requiring people to provide payment information or purchase classes before they can actually take advantage of that offer feels misleading and frustrating. As a potential new customer, I wanted to try a class to see if Pure Barre was a good fit for me before committing my money. That's the entire purpose of a free trial. Instead, I was met with a process that felt more focused on securing a sale than welcoming new clients. If you're confident in your product, why make it so difficult for people to simply experience it first? The staff may have been friendly, but the policy itself left a terrible first impression. Fitness studios should make it easy for prospective members to explore their services, not put them through hoops or pressure them into spending money before they've even stepped into a class. There are plenty of other fitness studios that genuinely offer free trial classes with no strings attached. Requiring a purchase upfront completely defeats the purpose of a "free" class and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Transparency matters, and this policy comes across as misleading at best. I walked away feeling annoyed, disappointed, and far less likely to ever become a paying customer. A free class should be free, period. Until Pure Barre changes this policy and becomes more upfront with potential members, I would not recommend it to anyone looking to try a new workout studio.

  There’s something truly special about Pure Barre Garden City. I love that there are classes to fit every schedule, making it easy for everyone to prioritize their health and well-being. What makes this studio extraordinary is the heart behind it. Mariah has poured so much love and passion into creating a space that feels welcoming the moment you walk through the door. The studio is absolutely beautiful, and you can feel the care and intention in every detail. The instructors are exceptional. They inspire you to challenge yourself, believe in your strength, and become the very best version of yourself—one class at a time. I’m so grateful to be part of such an incredible community that lifts each other up, celebrates every victory, and reminds us that we’re capable of more than we ever imagined. And the best part? The physical and mental transformation is nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Pure Barre Garden City, for being so much more than a fitness studio—you’re a place that truly changes lives. ❤️
