After having such a disappointing experience at the Ridge Hill location, we actually drove an hour because we remembered how outstanding the service was here—and they absolutely did not disappoint! The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and helped both of us find the perfect pair of glasses without making us feel rushed. We truly felt like VIP shoppers throughout the entire experience. What stood out the most was the teamwork and chemistry among the staff. Everyone worked together seamlessly, helping one another and making sure every customer received exceptional service. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive energy made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you to the amazing crew for turning what started as a frustrating situation into such a positive one. This is exactly what outstanding customer service should look like.
