The staff was not welcoming, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. In particular, my interaction with Mr. Dio was very unpleasant. His communication came across as rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service should be about listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and treating them with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training so customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in the future.
