  I had an excellent experience at this GNC. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the products that best fit my needs. They took the time to answer my questions and help me find everything I needed. A special thank you to the manager, Lupe, whose professionalism and exceptional customer service really stood out. She and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend this GNC location.

  I went to the Ft. Drum GNC for the first time last week and had the luck to have Lupe helping me. Even tough, she was alone in the store, and had multiple customer to check out, she took her time to help me to select the products I needed for my new health journey. She took care of "us all" with a big smile and lots of caring. After I sampled some of the products she suggested last week, I came back today do buy more and was greeted by Maegan- equally friendly and helpful. These days you don't experience great customer service a lot anymore and I was lucky to have two wonderful ladies helping me. I have a GNC store closer to me, but I will make the 20 minute drive to go back to the one in Fort Drum. Thank you Lupe and Maegan
