  I'm postpartum and was hoping to join this location as part of my healing journey, but want to ask a few questions first. I've been trying to contact them for 2+ weeks with no success. I tried phoning (no one answers), leaving voicemails (no call backs), and DMing them on Instagram (they responded then ghosted me). I believe their unresponsiveness is a direct reflection of what their customer service would be like as a member, therefore I've decided to stop chasing and have decided to sign up elsewhere (Spencer Pilates nearby). I can't go in person to speak to anyone yet because of how recent I gave birth. Regardless, I should not have to resort to coming in person for simple inquiries. I've been a member of the Cobble Hill Club Pilates location and *never* had issues with calling their location.

  Front desk receptionist is hilarious. They do not want more members and will try to push existing customers away. Whoever is the franchise owner you are pissing money away.

  I used to really enjoy my workouts here with Frida and Asha and I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist Jade has zero flexibility and customer service and has no idea how to retain customers. This particular location is only concerned about making money. I agree with the other reviews and have decided to move on to another studio in the neighborhood (Spencer Pilates-the owner is amazing and pricing and customer service are all better than club Pilates in Forest Hill.)

  Becareful with this location. Sara the "manager" is very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. I never dealt with such a unprofessional place. All theu care about is payment and will call you everyday even when u tell them you have a medical condition and will pay soon. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE N U CAN THANK ME LATER.
