- MCMichael Chen1 day ago1.0Front desk receptionist is hilarious. They do not want more members and will try to push existing customers away. Whoever is the franchise owner you are pissing money away.

Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist Jade has zero flexibility and customer service and has no idea how to retain customers. This particular location is only concerned about making money. I agree with the other reviews and have decided to move on to another studio in the neighborhood (Spencer Pilates-the owner is amazing and pricing and customer service are all better than club Pilates in Forest Hill.)

All theu care about is payment and will call you everyday even when u tell them you have a medical condition and will pay soon. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE N U CAN THANK ME LATER.
