She walked me through exactly what was being done and what I should expect. My experience with Carla was just amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses and was patient as I took some time to decide. She walked me through what was covered under my insurance and provided a thorough view on the total cost. She was an absolute pleasure and would love to shop with her again.

From start to finish, the entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my situation. Dr. Liang Ge was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed during the exam, which is something I truly appreciated. She went above and beyond by identifying concerns with eye pressure and even helped set up a follow-up with a local specialist. That level of care and attention is rare and shows true dedication to patient health. Rudolf was also very helpful and made sure all of my measurements were done carefully and accurately. He was patient and professional throughout the process. I especially want to highlight Carla, the manager. She made this entire experience exceptional.
