  The service I received at Town Center Warby Parker was second to none. I went in to discuss a technical issue with my prescription and iron out some hiccups I had while trying to order online. Robert spoke to my ophthalmologist, helped clarify my confusion, updated my info in their system to make it easier for me to order. He then painstakingly stuck with me while I tried out endless frames (all of this despite the fact I’d be finishing the order online). The best part for me was his honesty and explanations of why he’d recommend this frame over that, all while taking in consideration my specific style preferences. I ended up with frames I’m more than happy with (Zoya Amerena with black oak Tortoise & Putnam in Phantom Smoke). I have had great experiences with Warby Parker in the past, and this topped them all. Thank you!

  I love Warby Parker's selection of classic frames in narrow widths. The staff at this shop, as well as other Warby locations I've visited, are friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and the ordering process was smooth. I like that I do not have to return to the shop to pick up my glasses, that they are shipped directly to me.

  Overall my experience with the company and the doctor was stellar. I got a correct prescription and new glasses/contacts. I did, however, have issues with Justin who works the front desk. He was deeply rude and everything he said dripped with sarcasm as he tried to help me fix an issue. I got my new prescription and a new brand of contacts. They felt great but had a strange green tint that was very noticeable. I was about to get married and did not want to have strange looking contacts for my photos. I went in to see if there was another type of contact within the same brand that I could get that was not tinted green. I offered to pay for new trials or whatever could be done so that I had what I needed. He was flippant, rude, and very mistrusting of everything I said. There was no kindness or compassion for my situation. After repeated attempts to get me to leave, he finally agreed to contact the doctor who was not in. I came in the next day to a band-aid solution which I was appreciative of, but Justin continued to be rude and make snide comments the entire time. I love Warby Parker products, but am seriously considering just buying online or driving to a different location just so I don’t need to deal with such a conceited front desk person.
