The staff at this shop, as well as other Warby locations I've visited, are friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and the ordering process was smooth. I like that I do not have to return to the shop to pick up my glasses, that they are shipped directly to me.

- HOHayley OliverAug 17, 20263.0Overall my experience with the company and the doctor was stellar. I got a correct prescription and new glasses/contacts. I did, however, have issues with Justin who works the front desk. He was deeply rude and everything he said dripped with sarcasm as he tried to help me fix an issue. I got my new prescription and a new brand of contacts. They felt great but had a strange green tint that was very noticeable. I was about to get married and did not want to have strange looking contacts for my photos. I went in to see if there was another type of contact within the same brand that I could get that was not tinted green. I offered to pay for new trials or whatever could be done so that I had what I needed. He was flippant, rude, and very mistrusting of everything I said. There was no kindness or compassion for my situation. After repeated attempts to get me to leave, he finally agreed to contact the doctor who was not in. I came in the next day to a band-aid solution which I was appreciative of, but Justin continued to be rude and make snide comments the entire time. I love Warby Parker products, but am seriously considering just buying online or driving to a different location just so I don’t need to deal with such a conceited front desk person.
