I called a few ramp companies for estimates and decided on 101 Mobility just from my phone call with Kim. She was so nice. She pulled up a picture of my home and was able to tell me what I would need and how much it would cost. She set up an appointment to install the ramp and I had the ramp installed. It was that easy. The men who came to install the ramp were also so nice. They did a wonderful job setting it up. I highly recommend this company for any specialty needs you may need now and in the future.

Although I’m not satisfied with the product, I am very pleased with Mobility 101’s services and their staff. 101 Mobility exchanged the product as soon as the one I requested became available, they were always very courteous and attentive to my needs. I definitely recommend 101 Mobility without any reservations.
