Speaking with her is always like you are speaking with a friend. It never feels like a cold business transaction. Even the honesty of the technicians that weren't able to do a tub cutout because of the space of our bathroom. Everything calmed me when I was the biggest scatter brain when trying to help my stubborn mother.
