The classes are well-structured, the instructors are knowledgeable, and the overall environment felt welcoming. I did run into a few issues with my account, but the team handled it really well. Manager Collins, along with staff members Gaby and Dana, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in resolving everything quickly. Overall, I enjoyed both the classes and the customer service, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
