  Michelle Crye, at the audio nova location in Elmira NY is awesome! She's very adept at listening to the client to give them the fine tuning they need from their hearing aids. I never have to wait for my appointment, she's always right on time. I recommend this location and I absolutely recommend Michelle Crye for your hearing specialist!

  Michelle at Elmira AudioNova is great. Very thorough to be sure settings on the hearing aids are as needed for you. Professional but also friendly demeanor. I'm very pleased I chose AudioNova for my hearing needs. Jessica at the front desk is wonderful too.

  Excellent experience. Receptionists is very friendly. Michelle was excellent in fitting me for my hearing aids. When I went back for an adjustment everything went very smoothly. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them.
