My lens are warrantied but apparently the frames are not, which was upsetting. The lovely worker, Harry and his manager Nyesha were able to give me an exception of sending out new frames for me as a courtesy. Excellent customer service!!

During my child’s recent eye exam, Dr. Caroline Hao was exceptionally thorough, attentive, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Most importantly, she recognized a concern during the exam and appropriately referred us to a specialist for further evaluation and care. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and genuine concern for my child. Our experience was made even better by Niesha, who provided exceptional customer service when we returned for assistance with my child’s eyeglasses. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was properly corrected. We truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service we received from both Dr. Hao and Niesha. Highly recommend this location!
