Visited LensCrafters again for annual check up and purchase of eyeglasses for my family . As always Margaret is a true professional, attentive ,, welcoming and knowledgeable. However we were extremely fortunate to meet Dr. Susie Leung. My husband a long time glasses wearer and a contact lens wearer for over 10 years was blown away by Dr. Leung patience and attention to details during his examination. He notes he can’t recall the last time an eye doctor had so much educating and trouble shooting his issues during the exam. So on behalf of myself and family I appreciate Both Dr. Leung and Margaret for always taking care of our needs!

🌟 I Highly Recommend LensCrafters Inside Macy’s at Queens Center! 🌟 From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I was there for my complimentary eye exam, and the entire experience was exceptional. Gabriela was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She even helped me find the best price for basic reading glasses. I loved her service and her genuine willingness to help. ❤️ Then I met the doctor, and WOW! 👏 She did not rush me at all. This was one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had. It wasn’t just about checking how well I could see near and far. She also carefully examined the health of my eyes, including the nerves in the back of my eyes. Because of her thoroughness, I learned that I should see an ophthalmologist in the future for glaucoma prevention and monitoring. I truly appreciate that she took the time to look beyond the basic vision test. I also want to recognize Gabriela’s coworker—I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was excellent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit as well, a great team. ❤️ I highly recommend LensCrafters inside Macy’s at Queens Center for their outstanding customer service, compassion, knowledge, and genuine care for their customers. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience such a positive one! 👓✨

I’m very dissatisfied with my eye exam experience. The doctor said he put my prescription in the phoropter, but I couldn’t read the letters on the wall. I had my glasses with me so I could have easily verified. The doctor also claimed that I needed progressive lenses when I have no issues reading anything up close. All my life I have been nearsighted and have no issues with farsightedness. I am well aware as I age that it might be an issue, but I have no issues at the moment. I went and got another exam today at a competitor for a second opinion, and I am glad I did. The exam at LensCrafters did not sit well with me. Today’s exam aligns with my experience, and it turns out my prescription has not changed since my last eye exam two years ago. It is very concerning how wrong LensCrafters got it. It’s one thing to scam someone to spend more money at your business, but it’s another to also worsen someone’s vision.
