  We received a invitation in the mail. We decided to check it out. Went to Empire Hearing & Audiology in Jamestown NY. What a HUGE JOKE. Supposed to receive a Free $25 gift card, guess what that was in March 2026, now July, made 4 calls to try and receive our gift card. Still no card. Talked to 4 different people. No one knows anything. Big Huge 000

  Concerns were acknowledged. Some things related to cost for visits were clarified. Still no answer as to why one aid light is green when placed to recharge the other blinks as usual. Liked the attitude.

  They take very good care of my mom(June) she is very hard of hearing and they are very patient and kind with her and go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable when she can't hear.
