  Dr McNicholl gave me a very good hearing exam, she explain my hearing loss, showed me what hearing aid she recommended for me, she nice to let me wear the hearing aid for a week to see if I liked them & give me time to make a decision, no pressure at all, also accepted my insurance for a good discount, I decided to buy the hearing aids. Thank you for your help.

  excellent experience. Doctor explained what to expect from hearing aides and how they need to be adjusted in the beginning for each individual—not buy and out. Hearing test explained with chart showing type of hearing loss. Left with all my questions answered as well as answers to questions that I didn’t know enough to ask.
