StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab East Northport offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- EKEric KApr 27, 20261.0this is about ownership specifically. understaffed and when I arrived for my appointment today, there was no one there to work with me. was scheduled for a 50 minute intro session to start at 11:30. The person who was supposed to be there with me was only scheduled to be on the clock until noon...then no one was going to be there after them. Why schedule someone at 11:30 if there isn't anyone there for cover the entire shift. I found this out when the employee called me to apologize for missing the appointment. That was nice of him and was beyond unexpected. I say "supposed to be there" because there was no one to work with when I got there, and was told by the receptionist (she was great, this isn't an indictment on her) that no one was going to be there for me. Had to beg to hear from the owner to get a refund. Instead the owner sent me a corporate stooge to send the refund. Still waiting to hear from the owner. Maybe he should revisit how he schedules his employees and his client engagement skills.

At 8 months pregnant, I really appreciated how kind and attentive Makayla was. She listened closely to my preferences, especially my focus on hip openers, and made the experience feel both comfortable and personalized. She was warm, welcoming, and I would highly recommend her to any prenatal client.

Ash was recommended to me, and he’s been great explaining what he’s doing and why, and helping me get beyond areas that I felt were stuck. I feel great after my sessions. I would recommend Ash and the Stretch Lab to anyone that deals with tightness and joint pain. It will truly help and make a difference.
