- DHDavid Herring4 days ago1.0I’ve had some challenges with this dental practice. As a working professional attending graduate school, involved in my community, and managing a busy family schedule, I sometimes find it difficult to give the perfect amount of notice. However, I believe in open communication and try to keep them informed. One instance was when I missed an appointment because I needed to pick up my Autistic son who was having a tough time at his day program. Sadly, in my dismissal letter, this was one of my "missed" appointments. This strikes me as callous. I wish the practice was a bit more understanding of these situations. It might be best to explore other options if you're looking for a practice with more flexibility.

I called with a concerning situation, they got me in the next day, asked thoughtful questions about what I was experiencing, did a thorough examination, and provided a diagnosis that made sense and was a great relief. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
