  I will never go back. I had a 9:00am appointment. tried to call 8:00am to confirm my appointment ( no answer) leave my house at 8:10. I arrived at 8:50. I tell the receptionist my name she finds it and looks at me and said your appointment has been cancelled.not by me I say. She said they did and sorry I didn’t get a call. The good new was I can reschedule I said NO I wasted gas , time and had to reschedule other things to make this appointment.

  The dental hygienist was gently and when i asked questions she gave me information and helped me decide between Which toothpaste to use . Great place and happy i switched here

  Great care and compassion for people who are disabled. Very gentle , talked you through everything. Great dental office .

  Absolutely horrible service from everyone in the office except for the dentists. They kept rescheduling my appointment. I made another one, then got a text message stating it was on a different day so I called to confirm the right date and then the day of my appointment they rescheduled me again because someone called off. They never took off that second appointment that I called to confirm about in the first place so when I didn't show up, they sent me a letter saying they were dropping me as a patient. I called and complained and then the office manager left me a voicemail saying "We already gave you grace because in the last 13 years you missed 4 appointments so you can't be a patient here anymore." I work in a hospital and have never treated anyone with such disrespect.
