  Austin, Grant, and Ken all do a phenomenal job! They helped me create my workout and recovery stack and I can’t thank them enough for it! I come back every month for it!

  Walked in to buy amino acid powder because I knew I had a $5 reward and wanted to have that take $5 off my total. When I was buying it I asked the young kid “Do I have my $5 rewards I can use” he said “Nope but if you come back next time you will have $10 off towards your pro membership”. From what I spent I got another $5 reward and he was using that as a leverage to upsell the pro membership so he could get an extra one dollar on his paycheck. And when I was in there before some man was buying product and asked if he had any discounts and the same kid goes “I can take $5 off for you this time” again not directly telling him he has a reward and right after the man left before he checked me out he turned to his boss (The Older gentlemen who manages the location) and said “i shouldn’t even have told that guy about the $5” and then laughed it off. I am going to go back in to get the kids name so I can report him. What a weird way of trying to get people to buy your upgraded membership.
