The entire team creates such a warm, welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. One of the things I appreciate most is that you never feel rushed. They take the time to answer every question thoroughly and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your treatment. No concern ever feels too small or bothersome, which really speaks to how much they care about their patients. The office itself is immaculate—clean, modern, and well-organized—and the staff is not only incredibly kind, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. You can tell they take pride in both their work and the experience they provide. Their attention to detail, genuine compassion, and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Embrace Orthodontics to anyone looking for top-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment.

They were very thorough about what to expect for orthodontics, clearly laid out the treatment plan and happily answered all our questions thoughtfully. The transformation in our teenagers teeth was unbelievable and faster than what our expectations were. Lastly, and most important in my opinion, everyone here actually cares!! We needed to be seen same day due to a conflicting appointment, during a snowstorm, and Dr. Palermo went out of his way and well beyond what was necessary to see our child. He stayed late and got our child’s work done without hesitation. Customer service may be non-existent many places these days, but it’s thriving here! Thank you Dr. Palermo and team, you all rock!
