  I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and it is obvious that they truly care about their patients rather than simply treating every appointment like another transaction. The level of personal attention I received was exceptional. Everything was explained thoroughly and patiently, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer every question I had, and make sure I understood my options. That kind of individualized care is becoming increasingly difficult to find. The selection of frames is also fantastic, though I do hope they carry Prada and rounder shaped frames in the future. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to finding something that actually suited me. They offered honest opinions and guidance while still allowing me to make the final decision, which made the entire experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

  I went for my first eye exam in over 5 years, and every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and patient. The lady who took pictures of my eyes and did everything else was patient and explained what each of the three machines did. Next, Dr. Braim took the time to explain his findings and help me understand the medical state of my eyes. The other lady who helped me pick out my glasses focused on both budget and style and helped me choose a pair I felt comfortable wearing. She also explained the charges and why I should pay for certain things, like anti-glare coating, etc. We concluded the visit by explaining how to get contacts if I wanted them, what their procedure is, and that they would contact me when the glasses were ready for pickup. I had my visit on Thursday at 1, and they had them ready the following Tuesday at 1. When I picked them up, it took 5-10 minutes, and they fit perfectly and needed no adjustments. I'm very satisfied with my experience here.

  The eye exam was very thorough. Staff staff were friendly and helpful. Nice selection of frames.
