My daughter has been suffering from migraines for months and we finally discovered the cause: she was given the wrong prescription at this location.We trusted them with her care, and they failed her. When I questioned the doctor who originally wrote the prescription, his response was unbelievable—he blamed it on “the way my daughter responded to the questions.” Meanwhile, she’s a teenager who has worn glasses for years and knows exactly how to answer an eye exam. The responsibility is on the professional, not the child.Because of their mistake, she endured unnecessary pain, missed school time, and we had to pay for another exam elsewhere just to get the correct prescription.This place is careless, dismissive, and absolutely not worth the risk. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

Rather than rushing through the process, he had me try them for a few days, made adjustments, and found the best fit for my vision. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail and never felt rushed. The entire staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend the whole office!
