  I just wanted to order a frame I liked on their site because the price was excellent, I thought it would be a good fit based on the dimensions, and I already have someone who will put in the lenses. The store in Colonie was the closest, still a good 4-5 hour drive! I called the store & Mark was able to assist me. Not only was he very helpful, but the frame was carefully shipped in a box with protective paper and he even included a good quality eyeglass case & lens cloth — both a nice surprise as I hadn’t even thought about that at the time of order; I was expecting to receive just the frames in a padded bubble envelope or something like that. This is a store that cares about details and customer service! High quality in every regard & I highly recommend them!

  Carlos (I think that was his name) was extremely patient and helpful. I purchased two pairs of progressives and they were both finished in 28 minutes. This is my third year buying glasses and the other gentleman was a gem as well. I've purchased in-store and online and had great success with both. Highly recommend them.

  Good quality reading specs and service. My only complaint is corporate advertising telling me I can get 2 pairs of single lens glasses for $39 (this kind of advertising isn't limited to Eyemart. They all do it). Because I have one eye rx different from the other, it cost me nearly $300 for 2 pair. It's kinda false advertising. Hence the 4 star rating.
