  I had a fantastic experience with Bella at Sterling Optical in Clifton Park. I don’t usually shop in Clifton Park, and I actually had to call a couple of times because I wasn’t familiar with where the office was. Bella was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful from the very first phone call. She gave me directions, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome before I even arrived. When I got there, Bella immediately took care of everything. She replaced the screw in my glasses, made the necessary adjustments, and had them fitting comfortably again in no time. There was a $5 charge for the replacement screw, which I was more than happy to pay. The level of service and peace of mind I walked away with were worth far more than that. Bella was professional, patient, personable, and never made me feel rushed. She listened, explained what she was doing, and handled everything with confidence. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping me, and that made all the difference. I arrived after a frustrating experience elsewhere, and Bella completely turned my afternoon around. Sometimes great customer service isn’t just about fixing glasses—it’s about making someone feel heard, respected, and genuinely taken care of. That’s exactly what Bella did. Thank you, Bella, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I’ll absolutely return to Sterling Optical in Clifton Park, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bella to anyone looking for an optician who truly cares about her customers.

  I was having trouble adjusting to my new glasses. I stopped in a few times to have them adjusted. Bella was very patient with me and never made me feel rushedEveryone was always professional and friendly

  I had to get glasses for the first time about a month ago this is who my insurance recommended and the place in Clifton Park oh my God where do I begin the front receptionist is polite and kind courteous after I seen the doctor she helped me with my prescription and trying them on I love this place I'm going to keep on going back. I mean she answered all of my questions she's very knowledgeable

  Highly recommend! My daughter was so nervous and Dr. Kipp and Morgan were amazing. Dr. Kipp kept her at ease with with his humor and she doesn’t dread eye exams anymore. Morgan was so, so helpful! Not only did she help us pick out the perfect frames for both of us, but was very knowledgeable about insurance coverage and FSA use and made the whole experience seamless!
