Mandy, i believe she was a manager went above and beyond helping with us with all of our needs. We have new insurance, Mandy answered all the insurance questions set us up with the perfect frames! I will never go to another optician. I dislike going into most stores, but Mandy made us feel at home and gave the best customer service i have had in a while! Thank you Mandy and staff.

I decided to try the one in Cicero with Dr. Paul and was VERY happy we did. He listened and took care to do a really complete eye exam on me for my contact script.
