  My husband wouldn’t get his hearing checked, he said people needed to learn how to talk to him. He received Kelly Thurber’s business card from a coworker and he decided to have me make him an appointment. We’re both happy he took that step. Kelly is very friendly and understanding. She’s made the experience so much easier. There’s still some kinks being worked out since he got his hearing aids in July but Kelly is very helpful with it all. My husband suffers from Tinnitus and the hearing aids help with that also. He says the ringing goes away when he has his hearing aids in. Thank you Kelly for everything.

  From the beginning I felt like Kelly really cared for me. I felt comfortable dealing with her and was impressed with her knowledge of the hearing process. The hearing aids she "built " for me are the best I have ever experienced. I can hear the 5 yr old girl in the back seat of my car 🚗.,which was just a dream with my previous hearing aids. Thank you so much Kelly.

  I’ve been a patient here since 2020. Kelly is always very welcoming. She asks about my family before we get started with the appointment. I don’t feel like just another patient. She is knowledgeable and always answers questions I have. I have sung her praises to friends of mine, encouraging them to at least get a hearing test done. I highly recommend a visit with Kelly!

  The lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable about my hearing aids. She cleaned them, that was all they needed.Very Professional.
