  I had purshure there. First day, nurse called. After I was not feeling better. I called to get a nurse who did not tell me where to go for the prescription she was sending and some medicine. Let's just say it lasted all of 30 seconds. Then calling the next day .I went though every button you could push and still NOTHING!!! Seems to me that they pay attention if you're bank account works!!!

  I was there on June 25 2026. I had an appointment at 3:45PM. So far, no complaints of anything, but, when, I was there, I don't remember the name of the doctor, he had glasses & white hair, I tried to be nice & respectful to him (I don't deny I was concern about my own age, although my conditions were good), but, I felt he was somewhat being rude & disrespectful to me, I don't know why, of that is how I felt. I know there was other patients, but, I may be a blue collar worker (a US postal mail carrier), but I felt I should be treated with better respect than that. I am sorry, is how I feel.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Feels like waiting in line at the deli not as patient. Have been going here for years to not get any relief or issue addressed. Same results even after 30 yrs. Dropped as a patient apparently with no reason why. Doesn't return calls and very rude and unprofessional staff. I am sure they won't respond to this comment and if they do it will be sorry and xall us or it will be ignored which is how this place operates.

  I just received a reminder that my annual visit is next week. It’s a good thing I checked the date because it had been rescheduled without anyone asking or informing me. Fortunately, the new date works for my schedule. This is the second time this has happened to me at this practice. Dr. Chazen is very caring and patient when answering questions. The staff and admin people are also pleasant and helpful. However, sitting in the waiting room at the Harlem Rd office can feel like being at O’Hare Airport in Chicago the day before Thanksgiving. If there were alternatives I would probably try one of them, but it seems that WNY Urology has absorbed all of them.

  I was a patient there for many years after another practice split up. Every time was a long wait to get called back. Felt like part of a herd of cattle! On my last visit to him he did an internal exam and then used a camera. He totally missed a Prolapse! How can you miss that? My GYN found it first thing. She referred me to a specialist at WNY Urology. She was a good Dr. so I thought. Had surgery for the Prolapse, re did a bladder sling, and preformed a Hysterectomy that I didn’t need. Didn’t know it was planned till just before surgery day. Never got an answer why. Went back for follow up appt. And after 3 hrs. (2 in a room) I got dressed and left after telling a nurse this was unacceptable. I had paid a cash when I checked in $50 copay Fought with billing many times . Told me no record of a cash transaction. Maybe it went in her pocket! I was made to feel like a liar. I finally complained to the Dr. over the phone and got a partial amount deducted from my account. I have since relocated to a different state last year. Having the same issues I complained about after my surgery. Got a new Urologist and on second appt. My problem was discovered. A stitch from my last surgery in NY. It has a “stone” attached to it. Now back to the operating room to have it removed. Two attempts with a tool failed. If your just fixing a un broken sling why a stitch inside my bladder? I put up with issues till now as I was not going back to WNY Urology. I won’t even talk about the substance that was injected into my bladder opening! Most painful procedure I have ever had! Why not fix what you did during surgery? I don’t recommend this practice! I do highly recommend Dr. James Turecki in Willismsville!
