  Staff - especially reception is kurt. Wait times to be scheduled and seen in person are excessive. In-person wait times are excessive to the point of having to leave without being seen despite month long wait times to be placed on the schedule initially. Upon having to leave for work today without being seen for over an hour and no update on anticipated time, staff suggested I "find a new doctor". Very inconsiderate and unaccomodating.

  Called WNY Urology after being diagnosed with kidney stones (5mm and 2mm, confirmed on CT). Called the office. Called again. Called the triage line. Escalated twice. Nothing. Not a callback, not a portal message, nothing. This isn't a medical practice, it's a cattle farm. You get herded in, get your imaging done, and then you're just another number nobody follows up on. If you need actual follow-up care, you're on your own. Went and found a different urologist who actually answers the phone. Do not go here if you expect anyone to call you back.

  Staff is very friendly. Doctors take interest and try to remember you from the last time you were there. appointments are easily made.

  This is a factory. They have urgent hospital related phone calls that take 3-5 business days to return. You never see the same doctor or PA twice. Every nurse is brand new to your case. You find a new doctor, but then realize they're all out of the exact same office. Every urgent procedure is 15-20 days out. Find literally anywhere else to go- even if it's in Rochester.

  This place is as bad as everyone says it is. It is mostly the schedulers and non-medical staff that are the problem . I have called my scheduler 15 times in the last 2 days. They are at work but never answer the phone. You are a scheduler, why aren’t you at your desk? Finally Called back at 5 PM yesterday. I Missed the call. Called back at 5:05 and they were gone for the day. My wife finally had enough and drove 20 minutes to Cheektowaga. Arrived at 3:15. They said the scheduler just left early for the day. I am going to stand there and wait in line until some schedules me or arrests me. I have been in pain for 3 weeks at this point with Kidney Stones.
