  I mean, my dr is no doubt skilled, but has zero bedside manner, and I always have to wait at least 30 min in waiting room

  Over an hour wait after checking in for 3 different appointments in the last six months. A very poorly organized facility. Expect to be in the office for 2-3 hours.

  I've been a patient here for well over 5 years by now, because I have horrible overactive bladder symptoms due to finding out with and thanks to my doctor running tests that I had a small bladder, half the size of the average bladder. My doctor has always been very happy to work above and beyond with me to find the right type of treatment that works best for me. I don't understand why people are complaining about the waiting room, it's a very large area due to being in a giant building, which you would realize if you went close to the location. Yes, there's normally a ton of patients sitting there waiting, but I've never waited long myself and the people get moved through quickly since there's like 100s of doctors working there!!! I absolutely recommend going to them if you have a need for an urologist. They'll help you figure out exactly what's wrong and make sure they take great care of it for you. I always have friendly staff interactions from the front desk to nurses/medical assistants and doctors!!! It's a very clean office, especially with how busy it is which is extremely appreciated in a medical field. Once again, I absolutely recommend WNY Urology 😁 Oh and I didn't add that I'm not the average patient with having serious anxiety issues, and they always make sure that I'm extremely comfortable before any needed medical procedures cuz they terrify me along with my life long phobia of needles which I have a HUGE issue with, so I appreciate the help of doing everything possible to make sure that I'm fully comfortable during any procedure to relax me which is extremely important to me!!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure!

  Yesterday I tried calling them for a simple question. Was on the phone for a very long time. Had to be over 15 minutes on hold until the call disconnected on me. Called again. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. Finally got an answer. Today was my appointment. Got in 15 minutes before my official time just as they requested. Now 20 minutes after my official time. So 35 minutes total of waiting people that had gotten there 20-30 minutes after me got in almost immediately. When I talked to the desk about it, I was only given a passive aggressive response. If I was 35 minutes late to my appointment I sure bet they wouldn't take me. But they're allowed to treat me poorly and make me wait 35 minutes
