The Good Feet inserts helped me get rid of the pain altogether! I can even walk barefoot in the house without pain now. The important thing to remember is never stop wearing them in your shoes. Plantar Fasciitis will return, but if treated with these inserts, you will be good to go. I highly recommend them.
