My wife and I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Everyone was kind, friendly, respectful, and very helpful throughout our visit. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right sunglasses, progressive lenses, and reading glasses. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
The prices are a little high, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive a $100 coupon and 50% off a second pair of glasses—discounts we didn’t even know were available. We really appreciated the staff’s honesty in making sure we received every savings we qualified for.
The quality of the products and the outstanding customer service made the entire experience worthwhile. Thank you to everyone for your patience, professionalism, and genuine care. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend LensCrafters!

Easy to make an appointment. They were quick to attend to me when I got there. The young woman who helped with my intake was great. She was sweet and a pleasure to deal with. The doctor was great and speedy. Answered all my questions. Then the young man up front who helped me pick out and pay for my glasses was great. I had a lot of questions and options, he was patient and helped me make the perfect purchase. Will return.
