  Oasis is very good , good care , most of the nurses have lots of empathy towards their patients, but some of them are pretty rude. I love that they have a bakery inside the facility.

  This place is definitely not good some of the things I have witnessed while visiting older gentleman with dementia walking up and down the hall for 15 minutes asking for help opening other people's doors walking into their bedroom someone had to get up and go get the nurses one was with the client the other two were on the computer sitting at the nurse's desk while this was happening. It is supposed to be a rehabilitation center they only do physical rehab one time of day when doctors at the hospital ask for two to three times a day. Doctors also recommended the patient stand up everyone to 2 hours. I had a family member in there had never had an accident was not incontinent when I got there they had a diaper on them because they were too lazy to answer the nurses call button when the people had to use the restroom a 15 minute wait in a bed imagine the dignity lost by a human being laying in a bed that's supposed to have a nurse taken care of them. They claim to be able to care for memory care patients on their website there is not a memory care doctor on staff over the weekend they cut back and people that are supposed to get physical therapy aren't even on the list. Babe leave them laying in the bed for 2 days they give them their medicines obviously change their diapers and feed them but don't do the rehab it's actually called Oasis rehabilitation that's in the name. Isaac Laufer, Chaim and Max liebowitz have gone the extra distance to maximize the profit while making as little effort to care for the patients as they can get away. 2 different head nurses admitted they are understaffed and don't have the ability to care for your loved ones with memory problems the way they should be. Honestly if your loved ones are only get to work with a rehabilitation specialist once a day are they even a Rehab facility.

  This facility is extremely amazing. Besides the friendly staff every whole way you walk down was sparkling. Every room was so well kept in every patient was happy. It was a joy to see a facility like this be so pristine.

  Oasis rehabilitation facility has very nice and welcoming staff. From entering the parking lot, I’ve noticed on nice days the PT staff working outside with patients allow rehab while changing the settings of the environment. Which I thought to be nice and could just add to one’s recovery process. Each time as I go through the double you reach doors I’m greeted by the person at the desk and asked if I need help, although Oasis makes the self check-in process very easy for visitors! When u enter the Building the delightful smell of freshly baked goods consumes you. With that being said, they have a bakery, as well as a sitting area in the beginning entryways of Oasis that the patients as well as residence are able to go down and get a treat as well as their family members all for FREE along with fresh Beverages. The staff seems to be very helpful as well as informative and willing to get any answer to the questions you have if they do not have it immediately they are willing to contact whomever to get the information you need prior to the end of your visit. Nurse Khevin has been very helpful, as well as caregiver Dawn and Carol who scheduled medical Appointments and procedures at Oasis. The Wound care staff are great as well as many others I haven’t mentioned. Oasis seems like a nice place to get the job done for your loved ones. The patient and resident appeared to be happy as they could be and well cared for.
