It is quick, convenient, and reasonably priced, but it's annoying having to go back multiple times trying to make adjustments to my prescription, never having it be completely right, and being told I they will not see me more than twice despite my vision not being corrected like it needs to be. The prescriptions come out feeling about 80%-ish correct and are better than not having a prescription at all, but it's still blurry and strains my eyes, giving me headaches. I've never had this experience of an optician not getting me to 100% correct vision before. They're also not the best at reaching out with phone calls
