I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service. And I also had the chance to look at the large variety of frames they carry. It's a great place to get your optical needs met. Definitely will go here again.

Right from the very first visit, Patty was extremely helpful and actually even identified after talking to me and looking at a prescription that the prescription was probably not written correctly. She merely suggested that I speak to The Physician. Turns out she was absolutely right there was an error in my refraction. Today I went in after having cataract surgery to get new lenses and I brought multiple pairs of glasses that I had purchased within the last 1 to 2 years but because of changes in my eyesight. And then the realtor prescriptions some of these glasses weren’t even used. I elected to exchange the lenses and keep the frames. Patty was instrumental and helping me with lens selection and Working with my insurance to get me the best price For the six pairs of glasses that I brought, which were a combination of regular lenses and sunglasses. The staff working with her “Nidra” ( I’m guessing at the spelling ), the optometrist was very thorough in her measurements. As a surgeon, I came away very much impressed by the professionalism, compassion and friendliness of Patty and staff demonstrated. Even more impressive was the fact that Patty recognized me and remembered me from a visit well over a year ago.

No charge. He was also welcoming, courteous, and helpful. They were also open on a Saturday afternoon when every other optical shop was closed until Monday! I will definitely return when I need new glasses.
