This was my first time getting a pair of glasses at Warby Parker and this was such an easy process. Evie was very helpful, and gave a lot of constructive advice on which pair was best given my high prescription as well as my own preferences. Would absolutely recommend coming to this location!

Dr. Ambrose is the optometrist GOAT. Great staff helped with insurance and gave me style checks. Good experience. Clean store. Couldn’t be better, seriously.

I don’t know how they do it, but Warby Parker hires the best people. I dropped in to the N 6th location and have to shout out Ayana for being a delight to work with — Ayana reflects the best Warby has to offer. The rest of the team too, they’re doing their work with a smile and it always feels like they have time for you.

I visited the Warby Parker Williamsburg location on May 31, 2026, intending to inquire about an eye exam and purchase glasses. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and overlooked. After entering the store, I waited for assistance while two sales associates appeared to notice me but chose to help customers who arrived after me. One associate made eye contact with me and then proceeded to assist a couple who had just entered. Another associate approached my area, and I initially thought she was coming to assist me, but instead she walked past me and asked another customer if they needed help. After being ignored multiple times, I directly asked one of the associates whether they were afraid to help African American customers. Rather than addressing my concern, she offered no meaningful response and directed me to the manager, Jake. I explained the situation to Jake and shared how the repeated lack of acknowledgment made me feel. His response was a generic apology, stating that his associates were not afraid to help African Americans and that he was sorry if I got that impression. While I appreciate that he spoke with me, the response felt dismissive of the experience I had just described. I also expressed that his staff would benefit from additional customer service and sensitivity training. I came to the store prepared to schedule an eye exam and purchase glasses, but after this interaction, I no longer felt comfortable doing business there. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of their race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. This version focuses on the facts and your experience, which tends to be more effective and credible in public reviews.

This 5-Star review is specifically for Kobe who helped me sooooooo much today. He was observant and knowledgeable. He noticed there was too much pressure on the bridge of my nose and provided a solution immediately. He was also able to clean my glasses which had oxidized (??); prior to meeting him, two other people had told me there was nothing to be done about that… and these are my FAVORITE glasses which were discontinued so I was so sad thinking I could’nt get them fixed. Kobe literally made my day 😭 and he didn’t even mention leaving him a review. I just had to come here. This is the kind of customer service that deserves acknowledgement, appreciation, and a promotion 👀 should’ve asked about his shift. I only wanna come here when he’s around 😂
