My first to Warby Parker and I had an amazing experience. I knew I was in the right place because as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you Jack for being patient with me. Wish I can remember everyone’s name, but this is certainly a location I will recommend. Great Job!

I'd heard a lot about Warby Parker and their services. A friend encouraged me to try this specific location. I visited on 6/25. From my entry to my exit, the staff was simply amazingggg!! I was greeted warmly, offered assistance and checked in for my scheduled eye exam. While I waited, I was shown frame options in the event that I would purchase eyewear.
I saw Dr. Fung for my exam. He was an absolute pleasure! Very comprehensive exam, I was fascinated with the digital eye imaging results and he went over pretty much all of my options for eyewear. He was engaging, friendly and super knowledgeable.
Hollis, (shout out to Oregon) was the name of the associate that assisted me with my frame selections. This guy was sooooo professional and chill! Ooh yeah and patient, as I was having credit card issues and I was slightly overwhelmed with all of the frame colors and shapes. He helped me select a bunch of them and he was okay giving his opinion on my choices (I am very indecisive). In my opinion, he has great taste!
Alexa (LA, Cali in the house!) was the other representative that assisted me. Her and Hollis worked well together and the best part was that they NEVER pressured me to buy anything and offered several options for future purchases. She also helped me out with a "coupon" that I had and boy oh boy thank goodness for her!!
Lastly, the manager Janae (sorry if I misspelled) was attentive to staff and clientele, and very present on the floor. I did witness her have to de-escalate a situation and I hoped it worked out. She was professional, direct and offered several solutions to the client.
Thank you to the others whose names I didn't get. You all were great and I am extremely pleased with how everything went.

I've bought several frames here, and am always impressed. Everyone is kind, patient and helpful, great counsel is given on frames (weight, appearance, sturdiness, function), and the follow-up service is exceptional. Basically: incredible staff, customer service, and selection. Highly recommend!

Had ordered glasses online and had them less than 48 hours when a slightly freakish accident caused my new glasses to be run over by two cars. Brought them the next day to this location and they had me out of there with new frames in about four minutes - unbelievable service.
In addition, much to my disbelief, the lenses were not damaged at all - which speaks volume to the quality of the product.
Basically - Better quality, better service, better price than other glasses of a comparable make.
All this and dog treats for your buddies… Literally a perfect retail experience.
