This place is fantastic. I stepped on my glasses yesterday (long story; the blame lies with a low branch in Prospect Park); I brought the mangled remnants of my glasses in and and braced myself to have to pay to buy new frames at the very least. To my amazement, within 15 minutes, my glasses had been completely rebuilt - for free. Not only that, I have some Calvin Klein sunglasses that kept sliding off my face, and an employee there very kindly adjusted them to fit better as well. 10/10 customer service.

I accidentally sat on my sunglasses and bent them and I’m about to head on a plane where I need my prescription sunglasses and Dexter saved the day. He is the man if you have any issues come and ask for Dexter.!

I was helped by a person named Katy i think her name was. She was the most helpful person id ever met! First i was greeted by a black man with locs and he said i can try on some frames and see which fit and which ones i like. I was eventually approached by Katy and she helped me find some extra wide frames to fit my face. I was presented with one of the popular frames and a few other options that were similar to something else i liked. I eventually went for the Esme frame and one other and she helped me figure out my insurance benefits and i got an amazing deal! She was very sweet and i will recommend Warby Parker to anyone willing to listen!

The customer service here is awesome. They checked my insurance, explained the benefits I qualify for and filed them for me which is so cool compared to having to do it all online. The eye exam was a breeze and the doctor took her time explaining all the tests.

Warby Parker absolutely crushed it. Ask for Alexia, as she is an absolute sweetheart. Alexia along with her thing1/thing2 twin Alexis who help custom measure the lenses for my father within a quick 20 minute stop.
It’s one thing for great service it’s another to take it to the next level.
my father has dementia, Alexia answered the call like an Amazon Warrior, handling multiple request and combatting the let-me-try-it-on-again chaos.
We will be coming back for more soon and will be sharing this story with my network for years to come.
