  Best experience! The staff was friendly, attentive and answered any and all questions I asked. I pushed off getting new glasses for a while based on a bad experience at a different glasses store and I’m so glad I chose Warby Parker this time around. The service was fast and simple and my new glasses are arriving at my home tomorrow which is so much faster than I was expecting. Very happy with my experience, would recommend and I will be coming again!

  I had a great experience at Warby Parker City Point. Kira was a standout — knowledgeable, a great listener, and genuinely helpful in finding the right frames. Breanna, the optician, was equally impressive, patient, thorough and lovely all around. The staff here is a cut above. Highly recommend."

  I had a wonderful experience at the City Point Brooklyn Warby Parker location. Every employee greeted me with a smile and was open to conversation that made my experience both warm and welcoming. While deciding between two frames, two kind employees asked for me to show them the two different frames on and helped me to ultimately decide. As a result, I felt confident, encouraged, and completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to the team at Warby Parker City Point, I hope to see you all again soon!

  Every team member greeted me and smiled at some point while I was in the store. I had a thorough exam with an explanation of what was being evaluated and what the results were as they happened. I was also given recommendations of styles and fit without any pressure to buy. I was looking for sunglasses at the time but wanted to wait for prescription glasses when my insurance benefit was updated so they saved what I liked to my favorites. Lastly, check out was easy and I was able to use my insurance. Overall an easy and successful experience! Thank you Cory Point team. I’ve used at least 4 other retail stores and this one was the best!
