Friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond. They noticed my current glasses needed tightening and offered to do it even before I showed interest in buying anything. Affordable and stylish.

Great customer service by this team. Chelsea, Sydney, and Irma got me in and out with an exam and new glasses for my husband and I. The doc’s exam was fast and gave me a thorough explanation of the imaging and process. If only the dentist was this easy!

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker City Point! Dr. Nikhil Chopra was wonderful—extremely patient, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain everything step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my vision needs and new prescription. I especially want to recognize James, who was absolutely phenomenal! James helped me choose the perfect frames, explained everything about my new progressive glasses, made sure the fit would be right, and even handled my out-of-network insurance claim. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, James was so lovely, personable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. The level of care and customer service truly went above and beyond. Outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

Such a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the eye exam was quick and easy, and when I finished, one of the associates had already picked out several frames in my price range for me to try. I ended up choosing one of them and loved how easy and efficient the whole process was. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic.

Flower, the employee that helped me, was amazing. I came into the store dreading the process of choosing the right pair for me, but she came over with the realist personality. I felt like I was shopping with a friend, or a cousin. Someone that really cared about me feeling good about my purchase and how I felt in them. I’m grateful for people like Flower, fr. Not pushy or trying to upsell, just genuine, funny, informative and patient. I’m so glad I picked this location to purchase my first pair(s) of glasses. 💗
