  My biggest complaint is the fruit section. Almost every time I buy strawberries from this Stop & Shop, they have white fuzzy mold on them. This is not the first time it’s happened. I also recently bought a bag of grapes that wasn’t fresh. An employee told me that the fruit is sometimes frozen and that could be the reason, but the condition of the strawberries has been an ongoing issue. I’ve shopped at other Stop & Shop locations, and their fruit sections are much better than this one. This location really needs to improve its quality control. I also purchased a mixed fruit platter with watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple for a barbecue. Unfortunately, when we opened it, the fruit tasted sour, as if it had already gone bad. I was embarrassed because I had brought it to share, and by then it was too late to return it. Please do better, Stop & Shop. Fresh produce is something customers should be able to count on, and I hope this location takes steps to improve the quality of its fruit.

  Rude and unhelpful staff insisted my Dr didn’t send my prescription although I called and confirmed it was sent. Then they only filled 2/3 of my prescriptions and would barely say a word to me

  They advertise merchandise that they don't even have. Their staff is not courteous.
