  I decided to come here to see whether or not I can get new prescription glasses by insurance and Alla assisted me very well. She checked everyything for me in the system , gave me a straightforward answer, and we proceeded with choosing the best option for me. Thank you!

  Extremely unprofessional. They give you the run around on when your stuff will be ready. They will try to UPSELL you for no reason omg. You can say no 19 times. Mad pushy. Just go somewhere telling rn,

  I had a great experience at Sterling Optical in Kings Plaza. Ashley at Sterling Optical in Kings Plaza provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable about prescriptions and frames, explained everything clearly, and worked with us to find a great deal. We even received a discount, and the final price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

  I had a really great experience at Brandon Sterling Opticals, and Brandon deserves all the credit. From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process easy, relaxed, and genuinely pleasant. I came in for glasses and had a lot of questions, and Brandon was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. It felt like he actually cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pressured.
